Here is an overview of our tools and initiatives:
Telebanking Services: Do most of your banking and transactions with just one phone call. Replace or modify one of your client cards, obtain a void cheque or make a wire transfer. Our telebanking advisors are available to assist you 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Look for our Telebanking Services page for more details and to see the list of banking transactions offered.
IP telephony with call recording: Perform most of your transactions over the phone without having to visit a branch. Your verbal consent is recorded for the following investing and financing transactions: purchases, redemptions, withdrawals of guaranteed investments or mutual funds, credit applications, Visa credit card applications or updates to your file. All of our branches have been equipped with IP telephony since July 24.
Laurentian Bank of Canada secure messaging: Share documents containing your personal information with peace of mind thanks to this secure email service. Your advisor will exchange contracts or other confidential documents with you for mortgage refinancing, personal lines of credit, personal loans or investments. Learn more.
Online appointment booking tool: Make an appointment by requesting a meeting in person or by phone with your advisor or a member of the advisory team at a branch near you. Need advice? Simply fill out this online form and you’ll receive a response within 24 hours confirming the date and time that’s convenient for you.
EpostTM eStatements: With this service, you can view your banking transactions online via your computer or phone wherever you are. By receiving your statements electronically instead of on paper, you’re doing your part to protect the environment. It’s time to make a change! Visit our eStatements page and sign up today.
