Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA) Loan Repayment Request

This form enables you to file a CEBA loan repayment request by sending us your preauthorized debit authorization.

Before starting:

Make sure the individual filing the request is an authorized signatory who has the ability and authority to financially bind the company.

Have the following at hand:

  • The Borrower’s Canada Revenue Agency Business Number (BN) (9 digits)
  • The number of the commercial current account held at Laurentian Bank
  • The coordinates of all authorized account signatories.
