How does it work?

- Give this coupon to a friend or family member looking for a mortgage (loan and/or home equity line of credit).
- Receive $300 directly into your bank account if the person you referred is approved for financing.

*Some conditions apply. Only Laurentian Bank clients who have had an account with Laurentian Bank for at least 30 days before the date of the financing request (mortgage loan and/or home equity line of credit) and who have reached the age of majority are eligible for this offer. Only individuals who are not clients of Laurentian Bank may be referred. The referred financing must be of $50,000 or more and is subject to credit approval by Laurentian Bank. The financing must be guaranteed by a first mortgage on a residential property of 1 to 4 dwellings and must be for a term of 3 or more years. $300 will be credited directly to the Laurentian Bank account of the first client to make the referral, after the referred client’s loan is disbursed or the home equity line of credit is activated. A single bonus of $300 is payable for each referred financing, regardless of the number of borrowers. This offer does not apply to the renewal or refinancing of an existing Laurentian Bank mortgage. This offer does not apply to market intermediaries (such as mortgage brokers, banking agents, realtors, builders, etc.), employees of Laurentian Bank and its subsidiaries, or to mortgages of individuals belonging to either of those groups. Laurentian Bank reserves the right to modify or end this offer at any time. Clients cannot recommend their own mortgage or home equity line of credit.
