1.What are eStatements?

eStatements are electronic versions of paper bank statements for all your eligible accounts. Instead of receiving paper statements in your mailbox, you’ll have access to your statements on LBCDirect which you can view, print and download.

2.2. How are eStatements different from paper statements?

eStatements look the same and display the same information as paper statements, but they don’t arrive in your mailbox. eStatements are securely stored within your LBCDirect account for up to 7 years.

3.How do I sign up for eStatements?

You are automatically registered to estatement as a LBCDirect user.

4.Why should I sign up for eStatements?

Access your statements and bills securely on LBCDirect. Only LBCDirect authorized users can access them.

View your statements anytime, anywhere. Receive them directly via LBCDirect while avoiding mail delays.

5.How often will I receive my eStatements?

The frequency of eStatements will depend on what products you have. Statements will range from monthly, quarterly and yearly.

6.What types of accounts provide eStatements?

eStatements through LBCDirect are available for CAD or USD bank accounts, line of credit, mortgage and Tactical investment accounts. Electronic versions are also available for Laurentian Bank Visa credit card.

7.Are my statements stored and if so, for how long?

Statements are stored for a period of seven years. Your archive will be built up over time, starting November 2022.

8.How can I view my eStatements?

Once log into LBCDirect, you will be able to view your statements by selecting “View estatements” from the “My Accounts” menu.

9.How will I know that I have received a new estatement?

When a new statement is available, you will receive an email notification to the email you provided within the LBCDirect “Contact Information” section within the “My Profile” menu.

10.How do I change my statement preferences (electronic or paper)?
  1. Log in to LBCDirect
  2. Select “My Profile” located on the left-hand menu.
  3. Under My Profile, select “Statement Preferences”
  4. Select your statement preference
  5. Confirm your selection
  6. A success message will confirm your statement preference

11.Is there a fee for eStatements?

No, there’s no fee to receive Laurentian Bank eStatements. A monthly fee may apply for paper statements. Consult My Transaction Tools brochure to learn more.
