It’s easy and convenient with LBCDirect for Business! Once registered, you can, among other things, see your transactions history and make transfers from your different bank accounts.

* Loan statements are not available in LBCDirect Business. You will receive a paper statement instead. For banking statements, if your company receives paper statements with remitted cheques, you can view your monthly transactions by using the historical transaction functionality.

Some transactions can be carried out through the LBCDirect Business phone service. To enable this, the authorized signatory must contact us to make an access request.

Online banking transactions

LBCDirect Business is available on desktop, mobile and tablet browsers. LBCDirect Business will adjust to the screen size of all your devices.

Two types of access are available with our electronic services:

  • Informational access
  • Transactional access10
    If you have authorized users who are not entitled to perform transactions on the accounts, you could give them informational access only. Access is delegated by the company’s authorized signing officer.7

  1. If an Instrument is in a currency other than the currency of the Account, and the Instrument is to be credited to or debited from the Account, you agree that we may convert the Instrument at the applicable currency conversion rate established by us at our discretion for such purpose. We are not responsible for any losses related to foreign currency conversions, including those resulting from a change to our currency conversion rates between the date an Instrument is converted by us and the date the Instrument is processed or returned.
  2. Foreign currency deposit (US$) made at a Laurentian Bank ABM equals three banking transactions. Contact your branch advisor or your business centre coordinator to choose the package best suited to your banking habits.
  3. Laurentian Bank withholds funds on the amount exceeding the daily limit (personalization rating) associated with your debit card when you deposit cheques and commercial instruments into your account at an automated banking machine. The maximum hold on funds for a deposit or transfer made at a Laurentian Bank ABM is five (5) business days for cheques in Canadian dollars and twenty (20) business days for cheques in American currency.
  4. Some restrictions apply. Transfer limits (sending): $3,000 per transaction, $10,000 per 7-day period and $20,000 per 30-day period. Transfer limits (receiving): $25,000 per transaction.  Transfer limits (receiving): $25,000 per transaction.
  5. Interac® e-Transfer sent and accepted Request Money transactions fee of $1.00 is non-refundable. Withdrawal fees not included if you do not have a package or if you exceed the number of monthly transactions included in your package. 
  6. This service is available to all clients with an account even for an account with multiple authorized signatories.
  7. Authorized signing officers who act along with other signatories must have informational access only, except with a formal agreement that allows us to issue a transactional access.

  9. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for brief system maintenance interruptions. However, please note that transactions made after 8:45 p.m. (ET) are dated for the next day and that you must allow at least two business days for the payment to be submitted to the supplier (including Laurentian Bank Visa).
  10. For an account that requires signatures of two or more signatories, all operations conducted through LBCDirect Business online or by phone will be carried out by one of the authorized signatories.
  11. Fees may apply for some transactions.
  12. Transaction or administration charges may apply depending on your banking plan or account features. Refer to the My Transaction Tools guide for information on applicable charges.
  13. Deposit limits may vary depending on the ABM operator.
